Components:

Acquired components placed in front of CAD design. Hemispheres will be machined and attached to flanges (center). 8 pin feed through (right) will connect to internal instrumentation in vacuum hub. NW-25 metal vacuum hose will connect reactor to vacuum system.

 

Main Flange:

Hemisphere interfaces with main flange where it will be brazed into place.

 

Sphere test:

Both hemispheres fit into flanges.

 

High Voltage Feedthrough:

2.75" CF 20kV feedthrough will connect HV power supply to center grid.

 
 

Ion Injector Ports:

NW-40 ports taped in approximate positions on reactor core.
